COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lightware Optoelectronics SF30 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lti products, including obsoleted and phased-out Linear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Linear product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lti such as the CDB3407 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R162211420 manufactured by Linear and we are pleased to be able to service most Linear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 43H4J by Manufacturer Linear as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ls Brand MC630AAC10017V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Macron-Dynamics such as MSASB2 equipment made by Macron-Dynamics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Macron-Dynamics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Macron-Dynamics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 271300L11058048 made by Linak as well as the popular ATV31HU55N4S304 original spares produced by Manitowoc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 145THTN8029 by Marathon and MSASB2 spares by Macron-Dynamics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 134395001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Louis-Allis. |
